As were mine and all cancelled….. read above, if someone has bought it in the shop between the time you purchased and they’ve gone to pick the order, then the online purchaser loses.
Not really that (as I saw their staff system yesterday). As long as the items are in the shop, not in their warehouse, their website might still show it on line but would later turn it down (they probably can't be bothered to chase discounted items from a shop somewhere in the UK and then send them to you)

In fact, even no one has bought it in the shop after you purchased, as long as it's in the actual store rather than in warehouse, your order can be cancelled. (which happened to me; my order was cancelled due to out of stock, and then I saw+bought it in the store)

Sorry I missed that nuance. That is just bizarre!
 
One bottle missing, and the wrong vintage of the Gigondas, the rest delivered in full from harvey nicks. Full refunds for the missing/wrong vintage bottles. Decent service overall given the bargains.
 
Well I placed 4 orders (2 on Friday, 1 on Saturday and 1 on Monday).

I heard absolutely nothing until today (no cancellations and no dispatch emails).

Fearing the worst with everything disappearing from the website (and probably the shelves) I had pretty much given up but I have finally had dispatch confirmation for 3 of the orders. I’ve got everything I requested except the Delamotte, including a number of wines that other people have had cancelled, so I must have got lucky!

Very pleased with my haul. Still waiting on the final order but having spoken to Customer Services they tell me that one will be fulfilled as well (fingers crossed).

What a fantastic sale that was and thanks for the heads up. Great fun and you don’t often see those sort of markdowns.
 
Mine have now arrived too in the wonderful array of different packaging as others have mentioned. Like the idea of a couple of Kistler chard half bottles. And some other great bargains too - thanks from me as well for the heads up. Wonder if they’ll do it again next year?! Will be a line of forumites in tents outside the South Ken store!
