Kapittel Prior (9%)

Bought for an absurdly low price (£1.66?), the beer was poured cold. It smelt of old pork fat, and initially tasted rather sour and unpleasant...Was about it pour it away, but the flavour suddenly improved and I started to enjoy it. Warmer, it's great, but avoid having it chilled too much, a completely different drink. Slightly peculiar, but a fine beer. A touch of sourness remains...I don't think I've ever had a dark Belgian beer like this. One expects certain flavours from this type of beer (and these flavours are usually consistent), but this is odd, but I do like it and recommend it! Has anyone else tried it?
