Food Ledbury reopening

I was very happy to read in a newspaper today that The Ledbury is reopening. The article stated 'The dining room has been gutted and is currently undergoing a full revamp (inside and out). Expect a very different restaurant with an entirely new kitchen team and Graham more in the role of owner than chef and determined, we’re told, to make everything bigger and better – with a third Michelin star presumably part of that ambition. There’s no re-opening date as yet but safe to say this will be worth waiting for.'

Great news… the food at Harwood Arms has remained strong. From recent history Michelin seems to be following chefs rather than restaurants so I wouldn’t put it past Brett to be gunning for a third star but I doubt that’s the ambition.
