His ‘15 was my favourite Aligoté from a dozen drunk during last year, just pipping Mark Haisma’s ‘16.

I assume you’re referring to BB, Tom? I was rather underwhelmed by it six months ago.
Distinctive struck match note, assertive acidity, boney, narrow. Lacks presence. Should age but will it fill out? 87 points
On a positive note, I’ve three more.

Interesting - I opened one of the BBs last night and really enjoyed it - tight at first but really opened up - lots of lemon and fresh cream.
