Spanish Brandy

I’ve had the Torres 10 and 20 year old on several occasions and both are good. Rich and dark and quite different to Cognac or Armagnac.

I just had my first glass from a bottle of Lustau Solera Gran Reserva. This is aged for 15 years in PX and Oloroso casks. Thick, sweet for a brandy, and quite delicious.

I always quite liked that Torres 10 - I'm not a spirits drinker, but for a while their importer sent a bottle as a Christmas present which I'd always open to try a glass with friends, but gave them the rest to take away :)
