Did they have many of either left?I had not read the chat about the Lurton Saint Julien, but just picked up a bottle and it scared at £10. I also found two Marksman 2008 so took them.

Of the Marksman no just the two I bought. The Lurton Saint Julien full shelf. Its still not marked as discounted so no ones buying it! I'll probably clear my local out tomorrow.Did they have many of either left?
Is it really worse than coca-cola?You can make one of the world's worst drinks with that, the white port and tonic apparently much beloved at the great port houses.
This needs a thread. Is it really worse than coca-cola?
Think this was around £12 until recently and often discounted to around £8 so £6 isn’t a massive bargain. It’s nothing special but decent enough party fizz at that price.Has anyone come across this?
I was disappointed by Taylor's 20yo this week, a wine I used to like v much. Just rather dull, utterly outgunned for interest by any basic Madeira.Taylor's 10 year old Tawny Port is currently down to £11 for a 75cl bottle at Asda. Hell of a bargain.
I resisted the urge to clear the shelf and instead just took 3 bottles.
Just cracked this and completely agree. Inoffensive but rather high sugar levels. Fine for £6Think this was around £12 until recently and often discounted to around £8 so £6 isn’t a massive bargain. It’s nothing special but decent enough party fizz at that price.
Richard - do you think it's a better buy than the Tesco/Symington 10yo, which has a regular price of £12?Taylor's 10 year old Tawny Port is currently down to £11 for a 75cl bottle at Asda. Hell of a bargain

Gosh that's a bargain. They don't stock in the branch that would theoretically deliver to me, sadly.Thank you. Checking online, I see they also have Dow Crusted at £8.75
Wow, that really is a phenomenal bargain. I would clear the shelf on that one.I see they also have Dow Crusted at £8.75
The Roumieu is a great buy at that priceAt the Co-op this lunch hour, Ch. Senejac now at £11.37, Roumieu Sauterenes £6.50, Grahams LBV 2008 £8-something, Les Pionniers 2012 Champagne £18.99. Only seen these offers in 1 out of the 4 co-ops that I have access to.
2011 and 12Which Roumieu vintage?
Sean, it's discussed above.Anybody tried the Mount Bluff NZ sparkler reduced to £6?
