Rich textured nose of cut grass, lemon, oyster shell and shale. There’s a depth that belies it lowly stature (in name alone). Crisp lemony, bold and textured with plenty of green and red apple and oyster mushroom (?)… Rich, round and deep… almost contemplative. Every sniff and sip grows on you…...
