The value is extremely attractive too. Unlike my wonder case, I had a fine wine case but purchase was bumped at checkout. Probably was getting your caseYes it is. Funny how some are getting 5-6 bottles of red Bdx and I have none, but happy as finding mature Rhone isn't that easy.
One can always try. But how do you price it?Tried the St Joseph Jaboulet 97 tonight, badly corked.
So if it was sold without the guarantee does a corked wine count?
Yes some of the comments on drinking windows ‘over there’ are quite entertaining… I’ve enjoyed reading those as much as looking at the pictures of their bottles.I'm really starting to feel envious of these boxes, lots of good hauls on the TWS forum too.
I haven't seen one wine yet that would be over the hill despite people worrying a bit over there.
Another Bouzereau fan here and the Gianni Brunelli should be good - what vintage is it?
Those Jaboulets looks like the crap youd expect to find in a £30-40 mixed case from Strakers not so long ago - fcukin awful!
I’ve had this off the list at Noize a few times in the past year and it has indeed been really good. Very well priced by Mathieu as usual.Just to say I had my bottle of Cantemerle 2001 over the last two nights, and it was lovely. Would have done it more justice to have eaten with roast beef, but it was a beautifully aged classic claret.
Certainly are:both well gone. Sink bound. Those Jaboulets looks like the crap youd expect to find in a £30-40 mixed case from Strakers not so long ago - fcukin awful!
