I believe Culture Brewing, in Solana Beach, was the very first brewery we got to know when we first arrived in San Diego, 10-years ago.
Now, they're making a fuss about a 5.0% "hard seltzer slushie". The skeptic in me wants to say "Oh, how the mighty have fallen".
They used to make a very good 7.0% Mosaic IPA (Mosaic being one of my favourite hops), but they fiddled around with the recipe and the last time my wife and I had it, we ended up pouring it on the flower beds outside.
