Brewed for Pure Project's upcoming "Crops & Hops" 9th Anniversary Festival, Harvest of Riches was aged for 12-months in a mix of Cutwater, Blanton's and Kentucky Owl bourbon barrels before being infused with organic raspberries and vanilla beans.
With a fabulous nose of chocolate and raspberries, Harvest of Riches gave depth and complexity wrapped within creamy flavours of raspberries, caramel, vanilla, dark chocolate and a hint of bourbon. With a velvety smooth finish, this was a ripper of a stout!
They told me at Pure Project that they expect to have a couple of variations of Harvest of Riches on tap at this Saturday's Anniversary Festival. Let's hope so!
