Well, would you Adam & Eve it, Ship Full Sail is Cockney Rhyming Slang for "Pint of Ale!"
I believe this is Pure Project's first attempt at an ESB and it passed the audition. Brewed with all-English ingredients including Maris Otter malts and East Kent Goldings hops, this very enjoyable brew gave light yeasty notes of Rye crackers and toast, with a light malty background.
This was our Yorkie's first trip to Pure Project since she fell ill and needed an operation. She still looks a bit of a mess, but she got tons of attention!
