Restaurant recs for Paris, open in August?

Have been researching same and would be grateful for any reccos. So far I have found the following motley assortment….

Buvette (from Aug 15th)
Le Collier de la Reine
Magnum la Cave
Clamato
L’Avant Comptoir
Verre Volé
Deux froid plus de piment (and sister sites)
La Vierge
L’As du Fallafel
 
Presumably you don’t mean in August?

Our best recent meal was at Maison Sota. We were there after August 23 and everywhere had reopened more or less. I know others have had less good experiences though.

It was fun to randomly bump into another forumite on that trip. And we then shared a glass from the bottles we had ordered. Before realising we had ordered the same wine!
