Jean Trimbach and Head Chef Mathew Sherry will showcase a selection of Trimbach wines through a bespoke 5 Course Wine Dinner.
Our offering will include the legendary Clos Sainte Hune, one of the world’s most sought-after Rieslings. As well as a very limited production wine on arrival.
