This hugely popular fizz of North-East Italy has become synonymous with celebration, joy, special occasion and that most sought after symbol of Italy ‘La Dolce Vita’ (The good life).
Our Saturday wine tasting in Manchester City Centre will showcase some of thefinest Prosecco imported to the North West from the main producing towns of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano by Con Gusto UK Ltd.
We shall spend a fun-filled couple of hours trying at least 6 different premium Prosecco styles and Italian wines. We will try wines with lots of delicate fruit, from Spumante (lots of bubbles) through to Frizzante (slightly sparkling) and at various sweetness levels.
We’ll also hear from Peter (the owner of Con Gusto) who with his Italian heritage, will share stories about the vineyards, passionate wine makers, and the individual characteristics of each wine.
