With the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon and meaty nature of Carignan, Tempranillo is well worth investigating. When young, it can be surprisingly fresh and fruity. with age and oak, you’ll find more of the dust, tobacco, and leather flavors serious wine fans crave.Yum!

Dry, Sweet, Sparkling, fresh summer drinking, to complex oak age styles, there really is a Chenin Blanc wine for every occasion. At this tasting we will try a variety of styles to see which we all prefer. Could it be its most classic form in the Loire Valley full of floral and honeyed aromas or a South African Chenin with the distinct peardroppy, peachy flavours.
