This course builds your knowlege by tasting great wines from these highly skilled ‘newcomers’ to the wine world..

This informal course with no exams and no studying is a relaxed COVID-19 safe way to learn about wine in the comfort of your own home.  Offering great value for money this tour of the New World wines and regions will:

• introduce you to the major grape varieties
• enable to you select New World wine with more confidence
• give you the hints and tips necessary to decipher wine labels and understand regions
• teach you principles of food and wine pairing

The flexible course runs over 4 consecutive Fridays starting at 7pm.  IF YOU NEED TO SKIP ANY we can arrange for you to have a recording OR credit you so you can attend a later evening in our programme.

Week 1: Australia (From Western Aus to South Aus)
Week 2: Chile (The perfect place to make wine)
Week 3: New Zealand (more than just great Sauvignon Blanc)
Week 4: California (Try some different grapes from this region)

We have put together a preferred wine list for a case of 12 for this course from two major suppliers which you may optionally buy separately or buy from your own preferred supplier.

The course fee offers a discounted rate when compared to our single evening cost of £12.50 per household.  Oh yes, we forgot to mention, our current offer is a price per household so you can share the cost and the wonderful experience with your family.
