Condita: a new, organic driven, fine dining experience which opened in Edinburgh in November 2018 is hosting a wine dinner each month where a small number of guests will have the opportunity to meet and listen to a wine-maker and share an intimate dining experience with dishes paired alongside wines from that particular wine estate.
On January 32rd Amedeo De Palma of Azienda Agricole Fonzone Caccese near Naples will come to Scotland to speak about his wines at Condita. These wines are shipped exclusively to the UK by the owner of Condita in conjunction with Villeneuve Wines.
