(2017) Creamy and waxy, a delicious bright apple purity and streak of lime. A lovely midway point between the shimmering acid brightness of youth and the butter and wax development. long and minty into the finish.
(2016) Lovely ripeness and richness but has more fragrant black fruit and cassis than even the Shiraz. The palate has wonderful balance between super plush and sweet fruit, and a really ripe tannin and acid structure that is concentrated but balanced and adds fine sense of freshness.
(2016) More of the vivacious, slightly greener, soft herby side than the Arboleda SB, with some gooseberry and elderflower, but also a lovely soft tropical fruit, some pear and apple, but finsihess with lovely zest and dryness. Very well done, dry and balanced with juicy grapefruit acidity. 89
