Seaview (Australia) Bottled Fermented Brut N.V.
This has plenty of yeasty, toasty richness on the nose and a palate filled with clean citrus fruit, then rounded-out with more mellow peach and apricot flavours. The mousse is creamy and the wine has a nice balance. A straightforward wine, but one that’s absolutely spot on as a party fizz or perhaps with cold roast chicken or game birds. Great value for money. Majestic 6.49
