Organic Soave Superiore 1998
‘Superiore’ usually indicates a wine which is a little higher in alcohol, a little more serious – and this has a nose which displays a lovely honeyed richness and floral edge to ripe pear and citrus fruit. Quite full on the palate, it is limpid and pure, there are layers of peachy fruit and fine acidity. A cracking Soave from certified organic vineyards. Safeway 4.99 (12/99)
